Jihad and the Islamic Law of War
Jihad and the Islamic Law of War, a study by Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought. There are a few mistakes we found (such as where it is quoting the Verse of Surah al-Anfal and mentions ‘ten’ patient ones amongst the Muslims, while it is in fact twenty), plus a few more things that we do not agree with, but overall it is a laudable study about this matter.
